The 2013 Mini Clubman Hatchback is a subcompact Hatchback offered in 2 trims, starting off at a base MSRP of $21,400. For that price, it mainly competes with the Nissan Juke Hatchback, the Ford Fiesta Hatchback, and the Chevrolet Sonic Hatchback. Between 2 trims, the Clubman offers 2 powertrains. The base engine is a 1.6L Inline-4 capable of making 121 horsepower and 114 lb-ft of torque. If more power is required, there is also a 181 horsepower-making 1.6L Turbo Inline-4 engine. Both engines are mated to a 6-speed manual transmission by default. However, a 6-speed automatic transmission is also on offer as an option. The Clubman reaches 60 mph from zero in 8.9 seconds on its base engine, which gets pumped up to 6.8 seconds with the 1.6L Turbo Inline-4 engine.
