The Stellantis group is taking the US market by storm not only by revealing several new offerings and concept vehicles at the recently concluded SEMA, LA but also by winning the Top Residual Value Awards as conferred by the JD Power Association. The Jeep Wagoneer won this award despite being in its first year of production, it clearly outperforms all other luxury SUVs in its segment. the other offering that won this award was the Dodge Charger just as it has been doing for the past seven years.

The Jeep Wagoneer and the Dodge Charger bag the top U.S. ALG Residual Value Awards as conferred by the JD power Association. For the Dodge Charger, this is the eighth consecutive year where it is declared the recipient of this award. The segment in which it wins the same is full-size passenger cars. On the other hand, the Jeep Wagoneer is in its first year of production and that already seems to have struck a chord with the audience, hence bagging this award. Apart from the Jeep Wagoneer and Dodge Charger, the Stellantis group also sees its Ram products perform extremely well in tough competition.

The 2022 Jeep Wagoneer is a hybrid luxury SUV that seems to have outperformed all its competitors. A style statement in itself, it also comes with an extremely powerful engine, featuring a hybrid 5.7L that generates as much as 392 HP and 404 lb-ft of torque. This V8 further comes with the ability to tow 10,000 pounds. This apart, the interiors have an unmatchable quality finishing along with luxurious comfort. Moreover, the interiors of the 2022 Jeep Wagoneer are known for the legume that they provide, especially in the second and third-row of seats.

On the other hand, the Dodge Charger has been consistent in satisfying the audience of the muscle segment and this is proved by its track record of winning the Residual Value award for 8 years straight. As it has been all along, the Dodge Charger offers five engine options to choose from. These options are divided amongst the various trims that it offers. The SRT Hellcat Redeye gets the all-powerful 797 hp powerhead, while the base engine offers only a modest 3.6L V6, 292 hp, and 260 lb-ft of torque.

The 2022 U.S. ALG Residual Value Awards as given by the JD Power Association considers vehicles from 27 segments that hold the highest margin of their MSRP even after a three-year period, acting as a key point in ownership costs of a vehicle. Given this year's result and the ever-building repute of the Stellantis group, the brand can expect to see similar results in sales. This expectation is based on the fact that the sales of Dodge Charger have been increasing after it began winning these awards from JD power, eight years since.

Moreover, this is supported by reports which revealed that the sales of Dodge Charger increased by 15% through the third quarter, compared with the first nine months of last year. All of this is a result of the Stellantis group’s vision that clearly aims at offering freedom of movement with Distinctive, Reliable, and Affordable mobility solutions. This is not only limited to the Dodge and Jeep brands, even Ram has been significantly upsold in this regard.
