We recommend buying the Infiniti FX50. The SUV already comes with many features and a sporty engine. Along with this, we do recommend buying the sports package and the deluxe touring package as optional extras.
The 2011 Infiniti FX50 comes with a 5 L V8 engine which makes 390 hp and 369 foot-pounds of talk. All the power goes to the all-wheel-drive system via the seven-speed automatic transmission. If you take the available sport package paddle shifters are added.
In performance testing, the Infiniti FX50 does the 0 to 60 sprint in 5.1 seconds and the standing quarter-mile in 13.8 seconds. It will then achieve its top speed of 130 mph. These numbers are quite good for a crossover SUV.

The interior of the 2011 Infiniti FX50 is as luxurious as you would expect it to be. Due to the sloping roofline, the rear seats might feel a bit cramped for tall people. The front row features power-adjustable seats (eight-way) with a driver’s seat memory feature and has a heated and ventilated function.
The interior upholstery features premium leather and is complemented by real wood accent interior trim. The rest of the cabin has soft-to-touch materials. The exterior of the 2011 Infiniti FX50 is quite stylish over the usually utilitarian optimizing design you see in SUVs as it comes with a sloping roof, and that is the first thing you notice about it. It borrows design cues from the Infiniti lineup of cars and the result is a good-looking SUV.
That being said it comes with many features on the outside with 20” alloy wheels, xenon headlights, power-folding and heated side-view mirror, a power liftgate, and roof rails. The sport package adds a dark-tinted exterior trim and lastly, the deluxe touring package adds 21” inch wheels.

In terms of dimensions, the Infiniti FX50 is similar to the competition. The Land Rover Range Rover sport is slightly shorter in length but you will hardly notice it once but side by side. The big difference comes in the form of curb weight where the Infiniti is the lightest of the above SUVs.
The NHTSA has not yet crashed tested the Infiniti FX50. We do expect that the SUV will get good scores from the organization.
