Overall Rating
The second generation carbon fibre tub makes the chassis stiffer and more potent.
One Car Manufacturer that has been constantly evolving and putting something new to the table with every car they launch. The 2016 570S is intended to be their entry level sports car that offers a great driving experience instead of focusing on fastest lap times.
If you really want to customize your 570 S to your particular taste, the McLaren Special Operations (MSO) can help you with it of course with additional cost.

McLaren's small-displacement V-8 conceals its turbochargers in a smooth, linear surge that extends beyond 8000 rpm.-Car and Driver
The 3.8L V8 is common across the whole McLaren lineup. In the 570 S, it generates 562 horsepower and 443-foot pounds of torque. The seven-speed automated manual transmission is swift and smooth. As compared to the competition this is not the most powerful car but this is surely the most thrilling of the bunch.

The fuel tank has total capacity of 19 gallons which can be emptied pretty quickly once you push the 570 S hard on the street or either on a track.
On the inside the 570 S is just as beautiful. It shares its interior components from the McLaren P1 so the quality and design of every little piece is exquisite. The visibility from the cabin is best in class along with adequate head and leg room.

The bucket seats are comfortable and snug but because of the stiffer suspension this isn't the most comfortable car in this segment. The cargo space is very low at just 5.3 cubic feet.
Most of the 570S's body panels are fashioned from aluminum rather than carbon fiber, and there are no active aerodynamic tricks.- Car and Driver
McLaren's design language is one of the most unique in the whole automotive industry. The 570 S resembles a baby P1 when looked at from afar. The front fascia is clean and minimalistic but there's a lot going on at the rear, the tail lamps, the exhaust tips and the rear diffuser every part is tightly packed and looks a bit cartoonish.

The 570 S is the lightest and one of the lowest cars amongst its rivals which makes it aggressive both in terms of its stance and performance.
Some of the standard safety features are-
2016 McLaren 570 S vs. 2016 Ferrari 488 GTB
The 570 S from McLaren is a tough rival of the Ferrari, the Ferrari feels more traditional while the McLaren feels more sophisticated while driving, it also lacks the sound the 488 GTB makes.
In terms of design the 570 S looks futuristic and unique and can be spotted from far ahead whereas the 488 can easily be mistaken for a 458. In terms of pricing the McLaren seems a better deal as it is more affordable and offer jaw-dropping performance. But the 488 GTB has more power and the engine feel livelier than the 570 S.
2016 McLaren 570 S vs. 2016 Lamborghini Huracan Coupe
The McLaren 570S has a twin turbo 3.8L V8 and makes nearly as much horsepower but more torque than the Huracan. In terms of looks the Huracan is more angular whereas the Mclaren is quite the opposite, it's curvier and has smoother lines on the body.
In terms of performance and efficiency the McLaren is a tad bit ahead of the Lambo but it makes it up with the sweet sounding V10. At last, it comes to personal preference whether you like the Huracan or the 570 S, one will be grinning to the teeth while driving any of these cars.
The 2016 McLaren 570 S adds another choice in its segment which is dominated by the Italian automakers. 570 S is a light weight, nimble and agile car that proves that McLaren cannot just make F1s and P1s in every 20 years or so.
The 570 S is a monster at track days and somewhat easy to drive on the street. This McLaren feels every bit as exotic as its Italian counterparts.
