The 2019 Maserati Levante is available at a base price of $75,980 and goes up to $81,690 for the GranSport and GranLusso Trims. All trims come with the same V6 engines as before. However the new models i.e., the Levante GTS and the Levante Trofeo come with powerful V8 engines. 

This year Maserati has introduced the Levante with much more than before. The 2019 Levante is available in three trims. The base is the Levante which is priced at $75,980 and the GranSport and the GranLusso come at $81,690. Both of them come with a 3.0 Liter twin-turbo V6 engine with 345 hp and 424 hp respectively. Moreover, they inherit most of their features from their predecessors.

The newly introducedGTS and the Trofeo are priced at $119,980 and $169,980 respectively. They are equipped with 3.8 Liter V8 engines which give out a horsepower of 550hp and 590hp respectively. The Levante GTS is packed up with many features to provide you with the ultimate grand touring experience. On the other hand, the Trofeo stands as the ultimate Levante of the year.

Which trim should you buy?

The 2019 Levante GranSport seems like the better option that strikes a balance with enough features and the sporty driving dynamics on offer. The base model is also a good option if you don’t care for the sports package. 

The 2019 Maserati Levante is equipped with the latest-generation Euro 6c-compliant engines which are not only powerful and exciting to drive but also are eco-friendly due to the Auto Start and Stop function. Both the V6 and V8 engines are built at the Ferrari factory in Maranello, Italy. The base 3.0 Liter twin-turbo V6 engines capable of churning out a horsepower of 345 hp along with a torque of 369 lb. ft. While on the other hand, the most powerful 3.8 Liter twin-turbo V8 engine of the Trofeo is capable of producing a horsepower of 590 hp and a torque of 538 lb. ft.

These engines are paired up with an 8 Speed Automatic transmission and the intelligent Q4 all-wheel-drive system. The Q4 AWD system is quite composed and provides stability with ease on all terrains.

The Levante comes in line with the mid-size crossovers such as the Porsche Cayenne, Audi Q8, and the Jaguar F-Pace S. But while talking about the power, the Levante lags behind a bit whereas the F-Pace S leads the line followed by the Audi Q8.

Acceleration

The 2019 Levante can attain a max speed of 156 mph. The twin-turbo V6 engine of the Levante is powerful enough to accelerate the car to a speed of 60 MPH in around 5.8 seconds covering a distance of up to 34.5 meters.
