The 2022 GMC Yukon SUV is the flagship of GMC and is now on sale with prices starting at $51,600. A total of 4 trims- SLE, SLT, AT4, and Denali are on offer in the lineup. The SUV will also get the 5.3-liter found in the 2021 model as standard in the SLE and SLT trims and will take on the likes of the Ford Expedition, Nissan Armada, Chevy Tahoe, and even the Toyota Sequoia.
Coming off fresh from a redesign from last year, the 2022 GMC Yukon is now on sale with prices starting at $51,600 for the base SLE trim with 2WD. Not many changes have been made by GMC for the 2022 Yukon apart from the addition of a 12.0-inch digital display as standard and an all-new interface for the infotainment system that GM developed in conjunction with tech giant Google. The Yukon will be offered with SLT and SLE trims as standard.
The 2022 Yukon is also available in the AT4 and Denali versions as well, with the AT4 getting the 6.2L V8 from the Denali model as an option for this year. With no mechanical changes, the 2022 GMC Yukon will continue to offer a good fuel economy. On the inside as well, the 2022 GMC Yukon doesn't get many changes, but the Denali model now gets a power-sliding center console as standard. The rivals for the 2022 GMC Yukon includes the likes of the Chevrolet Tahoe, the Ford Expedition, and the Nissan Armada.
The SLT makes the most sense in this scenario since it gets all the required features and also gets various option packages that add further to make the trim most suitable to the buyer. Of the available options, the SLT Luxury Package is the best due to all the features it adds to make the SUV comfortable.
