The 2021 Audi SQ5 also retains all the interior features like a 10.1" touchscreen MMI infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, navigation support, head-up display, Audi Virtual Cockpit, interior ambient lighting, panoramic sunroof, 19-speaker Bang & Olufsen audio system, and many more. The driver assistance features like front and rear automated emergency braking and blind-spot monitoring with rear cross-traffic alert are also standard. Of the three trims on offer, the 2021 Audi SQ5 Prestige, which is the most expensive trim, coming in for sale at a base MSRP of $62,500, turned out to be the most feature-packed trim of the lot. It is easy to justify the premium given to get the Prestige trim over the lower trims like the Premium and Premium Plus because of the inclusion of many standard pieces of equipment like 19-speaker Bang & Olufsen audio system, head-up display, navigation support with Audi Virtual Cockpit, front and rear automated emergency braking and many more.

The 2021 Audi SQ5, which is available for sale at a base MSRP of $52,900 for the Premium trim, comes with the 3L turbocharged V6 motor putting out a respectable 349 hp and 369 lb-ft of torque. This gasoline motor comes mated to an 8-speed torque converter automatic transmission with Tiptronic functionality and a Quattro full-time AWD system as standard. This transmission offers multiple driving modes too.

The 2021 Audi SQ5 offers supple ride quality due to the softly sprung suspension setup. As a result, the ride quality through the bumpy roads as well as on the highways was quite comfortable. The 2021 BMW X3 M40i offers the best gas mileage of 23 MPG combined. This is followed by the 2021 Mercedes-AMG GLC 43 with a city gas mileage of 18 MPG and a highway gas mileage of 24 MPG. However, both the 2021 Porsche Macan S and the 2021 Audi SQ5 offered the same combined gas mileage of 20 MPG. The 2021 BMW X4 M40i also took the crown for offering the best in class tank range too.
