The 2021 Chevrolet Blazer SUV will offer five trim levels: L, 1LT, 2LT, 3LT, and Premier, prices ranging from $29,995 to $47,045. All of these would be equipped with the latest tech and features with redesigned bumpers, updated infotainment, and new wheel options. 

Except for the L and 1LT trims ($29,990 and $33,495), all other trims come with two engine options - 2.0 liter turbocharged inline-4 or a 3.6-liter V6 engine, and two drivetrain options - front-wheel-drive and all-wheel-drive.

For $36,295, the 2021 Chevrolet Blazer 2LT comes with the 2.0 liter turbocharged inline-4 making 227 hp and all-wheel-drive. Additionally, you get better numbers, the available options of heated and ventilated seats. Along with this, advanced safety features like automatic emergency braking, lane keep assist, and a few more come as standard features.

The 2021 Chevrolet Blazer comes with a 2.5 liter inline-4 making 193 hp and 188 lb-ft of torque in the L and LT trim. A 2.0 liter turbocharged inline-4 making 227 hp and 258 lb-ft comes in the 2LT, 3 LT and Premier with the option of a 3.6 liter V6 making 308 hp and 270 lb-ft of torque. All engines come with a 9-speed transmission and FWD with the option of AWD, on all except the L and 1 LT trims

The 2021 Chevrolet Blazer with the base 2.5-liter engine does the 0-60 sprint in 8.1 seconds and the quarter-mile in 16.3 seconds, which is slower than the competition. The Blazer when equipped with the 3.6 liters V6 does the 0-60 in 6.2 seconds and a quarter-mile time in 14.8 seconds. 

The 2021 Ford Edge makes 245 hp from a turbocharged 2.0 liter engine makes the most power of them all. The Toyota RAV4 makes 10 hp more than the Chevrolet Blazer, with the Hyundai Santa Fe making 2 hp lesser than the Blazer.

The 2021 Chevrolet Blazer offers an EPA estimated fuel economy numbers of 21 mpg in the city, 27 mpg on the highway, and 23 mpg as combined, with the 2.5 liter Inline-4 engine. The 2.0 turbocharged engine gives 22 mpg, 29 mpg, and 25 mpg in the city, highway, combined respectively. 

The 3.6 liter V6 gives 20 mpg, 27 mpg, and 22 mpg in the city, highway, and combined. The all-wheel-drive versions give 2 mpg less on the highway and combined with the 2.0 turbocharged engine and 1 mpg on all three with the 3.6 liter V6. However, all three engines offer less than the new Hyundai Santa Fe and the Toyota RAV4.

The 2021 Chevrolet Blazer has space for 5 occupants on the inside. The base L comes with manually adjustable seats with cloth upholstery, The 1 LT trim offers a power-adjustable driver seat with cloth upholstery in two colors. The 2LT up the quality by offering premium fabric. 

On the 3 LT and Premier trim, there are power-adjustable front row seats with the heated and cooling function with perforated leather upholstery. The 1LT and higher trims get all the options of wheels in black and go up to the size of 20" and come in multiple designs, and is similar to the wheels on Chevrolet Blazer RS. There are also packages in the form of the 'hit the road' package ($1,050), black accent package ($925), Midnight/Sport Edition ($795), exterior decal package ($695), and the sport package ($475) for your customization needs.

In terms of dimensions, the Chevrolet Blazer is similar to the Ford Edge, Hyundai Santa Fe, and Toyota RAV4, but is longer in length by 3 inches and wheelbase than the three.

The 2021 Chevrolet Blazer SUV has received an overall safety rating of 5-stars, out of a possible 5-stars, which is the best score possible. The IIHS has got a good set of scores but has failed to score an IIHS Top Safety Pick award.

Talk about performance, engine, or even acceleration; the Ford Edge SE beats the 2021 Chevrolet Blazer in all the parameters. Well, except for one, which is the braking performance. With only a slight difference, the Ford Edge SE lacks in this category.
