The 2015 Nissan Quest comes equipped with a 3.5-liter V6 engine that puts out a maximum power of 260 hp and a maximum torque of 248 lb-ft. The engine's power is transferred to the front wheels through a CVT transmission. The Quest reaches 60 mph in 7.8 seconds and crosses the quarter-mile mark in 16.1 seconds, which are pretty good numbers considering the size and segment. The acceleration is pretty strong, and the CVT transmission is efficient, smooth, and performs well.

In comparison, Chrysler Town and Country is the fastest of the lot as it launches to 60 mph in 7.7 seconds and crosses the quarter-mile mark in 16 seconds. The Nissan Quest delivers a fuel-efficiency of 20 mpg in the city, 27 on the highway, and 22 mpg of combined fuel economy. The Nissan Quest and Honda Odyssey deliver the best combined fuel efficiency of 22 mpg, followed by the Chrysler delivering efficiency of 20 mpg. The Odyssey has the biggest fuel capacity of 21.0 gallons, followed by the Nissan and the Chrysler with an identical 20-gallon fuel capacity. The Odyssey provides the best combined range of 462 miles, followed by the Quest and Chrysler providing 440 and 400 miles of combined range, respectively.

The 2015 Quest provides a spacious interior with a spacious first, second, and third row of seats. The materials inside the cabin are of good quality.

The buttons and center console are placed nicely and at reach, while the cabin overall looks and feels premium. The cabin features dual-zone climate control, and the seats are covered in cloth in the lower trims, whereas in the higher trims, the upholstery is leather-trimmed.

The Nissan Quest provides the most space in the front row. When it comes to second-row space, Honda has significantly more than the Chrysler and Nissan, and in the third row, the Nissan has lower legroom than the Odyssey, while the Chrysler has the least. The Odyssey’s EX-L trim provides a drastically increased 42.4 inches of legroom in the third row, which officially makes it the most spacious third row. The 2015 Nissan Quest is a good option in the segment, but certainly not the best. It does offer a capable powertrain along with a great feature set and a spacious and luxurious interior. But many of its rivals provide all of these and much more for the same price. So the Quest even while being a great minivan is overshadowed by its better-performing rivals.
