The I-4 gas engine comes mated to a 5-speed manual transmission as standard but Chevrolet also offers each trim level with single-speed automatic transmission which certainly makes both lives and rides hassle-free on the road full of traffic. The Spark with manual transmission can achieve 60mph speed from rest position within 10.8 seconds and it completes the quarter-mile run in 18.2 seconds. The fuel economy of every vehicle in the competition is a perfect imitation of the engine these vehicles receive.
