The Cadillac CTS features two distinct engine, transmission, and drivetrain options. As standard, the Cadillac CTS comes equipped with a 2.0L turbocharged engine that is good for 272 hp of engine power and 295 lb.-ft of torque. It comes mated to a 6-speed automatic transmission and can be channeled as both rear-wheel and all-wheel-drive variants. In the acceleration, it helps the CTS to boost from a still to the 60 MPH mark in 6.2 seconds and quarter-mile comes in 14.8 seconds, recording a top speed of 133 MPH.
The more powerful engine option is a 3.6L V6 engine, which is capable of churning out 321 hp of power and 275 lb.-ft of torque. While both drivetrains are available as options, the rear-wheel-drive is mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission.
