The 2016 Chevrolet Tahoe comes equipped with a 5.3-liter V8 engine that puts out a maximum power of 355 hp and a maximum torque of 383 lb-ft. The engine's power is transferred to all the wheels through an 8-speed automatic transmission. The Tahoe goes from 0 to 60 mph in 6.7 seconds flat and crosses the quarter-mile mark in 15.1 seconds, which are pretty good numbers considering the size and segment.

The side profile features 18” wheels in the lower trims and bigger 20” ones in the higher LTZ trim. The rear end is flat and boring and there's nothing to boast about the rear end. The Tahoe gets a ground clearance of 7.9 inches.
