The IONIQ 9 is wider, longer, and taller than the EV6. Hyundai claims is not related to the Ioniq 9, but similarities are there.

The sleek curved roofline gives the IONIQ 9 a smooth, aerodynamic profile with a low drag coefficient of just 0.259 Cd when equipped with digital side mirrors.
The IONIQ 9 also boasts the longest wheelbase of any Hyundai model, at 123.2 inches, and comes with 19-inch wheels as standard, with 20-inch and 21-inch options.

The IONIQ 9 is designed to be roomy, with plenty of space for both passengers and cargo. With a flat floor, it can comfortably seat six or seven people, depending on your needs.
The Relaxation Seats in the first and second rows can fully recline and include leg rests for ultimate comfort, allowing up to four people to relax during vehicle charging. Plus, with 74.6 inches of headroom and 80.7 inches of legroom when combining the second and third rows, everyone can stretch out and enjoy the ride.
Another standout feature is the second-row swiveling seats, which allow the second and third-row passengers to face each other when the vehicle is stationary. This is ideal for chatting, playing games or arguing that EV9 is a better bargain compared to Ioniq 9
The Universal Island 2.0 console is another game-changer. It offers tons of storage space, a bi-directional armrest, and a walk-through front-row seating layout, making it easier for passengers to get in and out.

When it comes to cargo space, the IONIQ 9 impresses. With the third-row seats folded flat, the trunk can hold up to 46.7 cubic feet of luggage. With all seats up, there’s still 21.9 cubic feet of room. Plus, the front trunk offers 3.1 cubic feet of space.
Performance
The battery system gives the IONIQ 9 an impressive range of up to 384 miles (620 km) on a full charge, thanks to its advanced 110.3 kWh lithium-ion battery. With a 350 kW charger, you can charge from 10% to 80% in just 24 minutes.
The vehicle also features a Vehicle-to-Load (V2L) system
The IONIQ 9 offers a variety of powertrain configurations. The Long-Range RWD model comes with a 160 kW rear motor, while the Long-Range AWD model adds a 70 kW front motor. The Performance AWD model offers 160 kW motors at both the front and rear, giving you 402 hp and 258 lb-ft of torque.
The Performance AWD model can accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in just 4.9 seconds (with 21-inch wheels), and it can reach a top speed of 124 mph. The EV6 for reference, does 60 mph in just 4.5 seconds and manages 250 miles of range in independent 70 mph tests.
The Long-Range RWD version of Ioniq 9 takes 9.4 seconds to reach 60 mph, while the Long-Range AWD variant does it in 6.7 seconds.
