Apart from the performance and unique exterior enhancements, the ALPINA B8 Gran Coupe also gets exclusive ALPINA interior upgrades that set it apart from the regular M8 Gran Coupe. The Gran Coupe is the roomiest of the 8 Series variants, and the rear legroom is more than sufficient for adults to seat comfortably at the back. The sleek roofline, however, impedes the headroom at the back, which might be a bit of an issue for the tall passengers.
Elegant ALPINA details, such as illuminated ALPINA door sills or the iDrive controller in crystal glass with a lasered ALPINA logo, as well as exclusive ALPINA interior trim, set exclusive accents. Moreover, you get endless options to customize the interior of the B8 Gran Coupe with the extensive range of personalization options offered by ALPINA’s in-house leather workshop.

Although might not be the worst, the B8 Gran Coupe is still one of the least impressive in the segment with regards to cargo capacity and overall practicality. Among the proper sedans, the 24.6 cubic feet of cargo space gives the Audi RS7 a huge edge in the competition.
But the undisputed king is the Porsche Panamera Turbo S sedan with its 47.3 cubic feet of total cargo capacity which can be achieved by folding the rear seats down, as it is actually a hatchback styled truck.
That being said, some of the standout interior features of the 2022 BMW ALPINA B8 Gran Coupe include:
- Multi-functional sport seats
- Heated seats (front and rear), armrests, and steering wheel
- Front ventilated seats
- BMW Individual extended Merino leather upholstery and a leather-covered instrument panel
- Automatic 4-zone climate control
- Micro-filter ventilation system with replaceable active-charcoal filters
- Soft-close automatic door operation
